During low and medium season, the house could be rent at lower price without the studio flat.
Rates include :
linen, towels (but not pool towels), all utilities, basic household products,
cleaning at the end of the stay (and at mid-stay for two weeks stays)
and a weekly swimming pool maintenance.
Do not include local taxes: 0,40€ per night and per person above 13 years old.
